It seems to me it would be a simple gesture for a leader, such as a President, to lay it all out, just as you have done here.  It makes sense that the first step should be dictum of absolutely no children for a few years.  It&#039;s not tyrant but necessity.  I can&#039;t think of any reason why that cannot be doable and reasonable in light of circumstances.  After all, death my starvation is the worst of all (or so I am told).

Many will say you are overstating your case but I don&#039;t think so.  The only thing I would add to your scenario is that there will always be a &quot;class&quot; who will be able to live as if energy were plentiful (like it was 1984)...  and for them, it will be.  This will necessarily mean that even less of the have-not classes will be able to survive.  In a similar fashion, we could feed the world with current resources but we don&#039;t.]]></description>
