Prior to Netanyahu’s US visit, and to lay the groundwork so-to-speak, President Obama had very publicly reiterated his support for the long-standing legal position – confirmed innumerable times by both the UN Security Council and its General Assembly – that Israel must return to its pre-1967 borders and negotiate a ‘Two-State solution to the Palestinian problem’ based on those borders.
That Netanyahu should dare to publicly repudiate Obama’s statements to his face, in front of the world’s press and in the Oval Office of the White House itself, is a telling commentary on who is REALLY running US foreign policy.
The word ‘Sheeple’ is a time-worn and accurate, if somewhat demeaning euphemism for the mass of most populations vis-a-vis their governments; in the case of the USA it is inadequate – they in addition they have to be both blind and plain stupid not notice who their REAL rulers are.
